This homeowner noticed mold spots on the rafters of her attic. Mold can occur in attics for many reasons; poor ventilation, condensation or roof leaks. Before insulating her attic with dense cellulose, Primary Home Improvements used MoldX2 products to eliminate mold. MoldX2 is a highly effective cleaner that removes mold stains in 20 seconds. MoldX2 eliminates mold and the stain, but does not prevent mold from growing back. MoldX2 Botanical was therefore sprayed onto the rafters. The MoldX2 Botanical product is antimicrobial, fungicide and  a deodorizer. Now mold will not grow back on the wood! 

This customer's settled and clumpy fiberglass was extracted and replaced with thick cellulose. This provided the attic space with enough R-Value to protect the home from air infiltration and polarizing temperatures! 

As shown in the pictures, this customer went from having absolutely no insulation to a space full of dense fiberglass!
