Whole Home Insulation Photo Album: Air Sealed, Fully Insulated Attic in Medina, OH
Previously, this attic space had been sparsely insulated with insulation that had become compressed and flattened in several areas over time. Our crew went in and began by removing the old insulation material, creating a clean and open space for the installation. We prepped the area by air sealing the attic to ensure unwanted air remained outside, where it belongs. Lastly, we blew in our Tru-Soft Insulation material, covering the entire attic floor with a thick thermal barrier. This homeowner is very pleased with the results of her attic and is even happier knowing her and her family will stay comfortable in their home this winter!
Old and Sparse Insulation
The older insulation found in this attic space no longer served its purpose for the family. Our crew exchanged this insulation for a thick layer of our Cellulose material creating a cozy home for many winters ahead!
