Job review from Herman in Ashtabula, OH 44004 on 10/22/26
Our Overall Service
Driving to Ashtabula, Craig and Matt were on time, courteous, and professional while applying RetroFoam into the walls of my 28 year-old ranch. They were very careful around my landscaping, and they did a good job of cleanup. The entire project was completed within 4 hours. I give an "A" rating to PHI.
Call Representative
Jeremy and others at Primary Home Improvements were easy to work with, even after I needed to postpone the initial call several times.
Sales Process
Jeff Braun answered all of our questions and submitted a detailed proposal 1 day after visiting our home. We were pleased to get a senior discount for the project.
