RetroFoam Conference 2026

Another great RetroFoam Conference in the books!

Our Owners and Insulation Crew recently made a trip to Montrose, Michigan, for an opportunity to learn, connect, and grow beside other RetroFoam professionals. 

We were so glad to get the chance to spend time with our friends in the RetroFoam network and continue strengthening our craft. Our crew was able to experience hands-on training while sharing ideas with other experts and learning new techniques and best practices. 

RetroFoam recognized the top 5 dealers in our nation who excelled in their performance as well as those who provide excellent customer service and deliver high-quality work. Primary Home Improvements has won this award 3 years in a row now! 

One of our owners, Mike Depasquale, took part in the Pro Panel Q&A, contributing professional knowledge and insights to the conversation. The Pro Panel Q&A offers an advanced discussion where real-world examples and advice are shared with the audience. We are so happy to have been a part of this, and even happier to share and learn from professionals across the RetroFoam community! 

We are so thankful for the opportunity to grow our industry knowledge and learn from experts that use RetroFoam every day. From the informational Pro-Panel Q&A to receiving the Top Gun Award for the 3rd year in a row, we are always looking for ways to sharpen our RetroFoam knowledge while improving our craft!
