Tax Credit Ending in 2025

Tax Credit Ending in 2025 - Image 1

If you've been thinking about insulating and air sealing your home, now is the time to act. The Federal Energy Efficient Home Improvement tax credit gives homeowners up to $1,200 in tax savings annually. Unfortunately, congress recently passed a bill to end these savings short. The credit was supposed to last until 2032, but is expiring December 31st 2025.

In order to receive these benefits, you will need to have your insulation project completed before the end of the year. You will not be able to roll over the credit if work is finished in 2026.

Eligible Improvements include:

- Attic Insulation and air sealing

- Crawl space insulation and encapsulation

- Rim Joist sealing

- Wall Insulation

Insulating your home will not only cut your utility bills, but it will make your space comfortable all year-round. Our install calendar is starting to fill up, so schedule your FREE estimate today to ensure your project is done in 2025!
