The wall crew began by carefully taking a section of aluminum siding off around the home to access the wall cavities. They then drilled small holes between the studs and injected RetroFoam insulation in the entirety of the wall. RetroFoam is a tripolymer resin that is a flexible material at first in order to fill in each wall completely. Once hardened, RetroFoam will never settle and provides a superior R-Value per inch. The wall crew made sure to clean up the job site and put the siding back on as before. The attic crew worked to then insulate the entire attic with premium fiberglass at an R-49 level. This densely packed fiberglass is evenly blown across the attic floor and will resist unwanted drafts. The customer couldn't believe that his whole home insulation project only took one day! While that was happening, the wall crew was working to inject each wall cavity with RetroFoam. This high R-Value injection foam is malleable at first in order to squeeze into every nook and cranny of the wall. Once hardened, RetroFoam provides an air-tight seal that protects the wall from outside elements. This whole home insulation product was done in one easy day and the homeowner was thrilled at the results!
