Old Insulation
This old insulation had seen better days. We removed all of it from this attic.
Air Sealed
After all of the old insulation was removed, we air sealed the attic plane. Air sealing is the process of finding and sealing up any gaps, cracks, and crevices with ZypFoam. This helps conditioned air to stay IN the home instead of flowing freely out of it.
New Blown-In Insulation
After air sealing, we blew in a thick blanket of TruSoft Cellulose. This attic is now so much more energy efficient and as a result, the home can maintain a comfortable temperature!
