Old Insulation Needs to Go
This old fiberglass insulation was in desperate need of a replacement.
Removal
We began removing all of the insulation in the attic. Once we got down to the attic plane, we sealed up any cracks or gaps with ZypFoam. This process is called air sealing.
New Insulation
We then blew-in TruSoft Cellulose Insulation! This attic is now densely covered achieving an R49!
