Bert Rodriguez sales representative was personable, friendly and on time for our appointment. Answered all my questions and explained the process and product. Patient enough to explain the product so that I understood what I was purchasing. Installers Cory & Robert were personable, friendly and respectful of my home. If I had questions, they answered without hesitation, I would not hesitate to recommend Primary Home Improvements.
